I recently visited Providence Diamond for the first time while looking to purchase my very first Rolex, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Tien went above and beyond to make the process enjoyable and stress free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Taking the time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the details of different models. What really stood out was how genuine and welcoming Tien was. He didn’t just help me with my Rolex search, but also showed me other timepieces and jewelry pieces that I’m now considering for future purchases. His professionalism, expertise, and personable approach made the entire visit exceptional. If you’re looking for a jeweler who truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend Providence Diamond and definitely ask for Tien. I look forward to working with him in the future. With the customer service provided it makes driving the hour and a half from where I live to the store worth it.

I stopped in earlier in the week to check in and see if they had anything I’d be interested in buying. Walter came over as soon as I came in to see if he could help with anything. We talked about some Rolex’s I’ve been in interested in and I also asked to see some of the Tudors. Walter went over every watch I was interested in and throughly explained the history and functions of all the watches. They didn’t have the color I was really wanted but he said they should be getting one in before the end of the year. He said they would call when it came in. The following day to my surprise Walter called the next day to let me know the watch came in. The following evening I showed up to see the watch. Walter had the watch ready to show me and I decided to purchase it. The whole experience was great and everyone there was very nice. Walter was very knowledgeable on all aspects of all the watches we looked at. I would highly recommended Providence Diamond for any jewelry purchases.

I could not recommend Providence Diamond any higher. The staff is incredible! Knowledgeable, personal and a pleasure to interact with exceptional communication/customer service throughout the sales process. This review is so long overdue! I destroyed the crystal on my GMT Master II. I was recommended to Providence Diamond by my friend Jon. I went in, no communication of my referral, and had an incredible experience. As a business owner it’s always amazing to go somewhere and experience the customer experience that you want your own customers to experience….that was exactly what I experienced at Providence Diamond. The entire team walked me through what needed to be done and what the timeline would possibly be for the repair. The explanation was very detailed. What would be done locally on the inspection process as well as having to send my watch out of country to bring it back to like new.. I was so blown away with my experience I bought a Certified watch and put my name on an incoming watch I have wanted for so many years. I've bought a few watches from these guys now and have always dealt with Walter. Walter has always been great to deal with and is very knowledgeable. You feel welcomed when you walk on and there is never any buying pressure. They've become my go to certainly for any watches I am interested in they are authorized dealer for. Highly recommended!

Absolutely top of the line store. I will not shop anywhere else. You never feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Alyse and Alix are phenomenal. Alyse is the best of the best. She is knowledgeable, engaging, and extremely patient. She made us feel like family from day one while engagement ring shopping. She goes out of her way to answer questions and e-mails 24/7. I go back to her for every holiday and special occasion and she always comes through with great ideas for gifts. Alix has been great to work with as well. She knows everything there is to know about Rolexes. She has taken the time to meet and discuss numerous models. She has helped me talk through which would be the best fit for me. So grateful for Providence Diamond.

I had the fortune of visiting Providence Diamond several weeks ago and meeting their truly fantastic team. My daughter, who resides in Rhode Island, specifically wanted me to add the Nomos Club Worldtimer in the Grid colorway to my collection, feeling it would be the perfect timepiece. Joe and Walter worked seamlessly with her to make this happen. I sincerely wish my photos could better capture its essence, as they truly don't do this watch justice. It is a fabulous timepiece, and I eagerly look forward to putting it through its paces. Sincere appreciation to Joe, Walter, and the incredible team at Providence Diamond for making this such a memorable experience. You guys are the best!

Went to Providence Diamond with my brother to “help” him go watch shopping. But after having a genuine conversation about watches and learning more information than I could imagine from a gentleman named Walter about Grand Seiko I fell in love with the brand and suddenly without realizing I became the one shopping for a watch. I came back around 2 weeks later with my girlfriend with intentions of doing a process of elimination for my first luxury watch. After meeting with and speaking to a gentleman named Josh and with Walter again they helped me decide on the Grand Seiko SBGJ249 GMT aka “The Shōsho” after looking at dozens of watches and being taught about them. Even though they swayed me in the decision of finding the right watch for what I was looking for I felt zero pressure from the staff to make a decision. They managed to do their job excellently with zero pressure on the customer and at no point did I feel like I was being tricked or lied to. In fact it felt like I had just made two friends who I share a hobby with. They were both perfectly capable of answering any question I threw their way, no matter how simple or complex all while being polite and beyond patient. The next weekend when I came to buy the watch they were able to make the purchasing process smooth and painless. Josh was very happy that I found the watch for me and was very kind to me and my girlfriend the entire time. As a young customer (23 M) being taken seriously in a store that professional is something I look for and want. Providence Diamond made the experience very comforting and welcoming that it was unexpected if I’m being honest, so having that experience meant the most to me. I would happily do business with Josh, Walter, and the rest of the staff/company again! I could not recommend this group enough!
